Hi i've been using my pc fine after i downloaded something and then some weird icon called "file1" appeared on the taskbar, everytime i on my pc the icon will always appear on the taskbar. until i use task manager to end the process that icon is gone, but it still appears after i restart or on my pc again. I've tried scanning my pc for anything but it wasn't detected not only that....when i on my pc a blank screen with cursor appears after the start up with the error C:\Windows\System32\nvvsvx.exe . I tried to start my pc in safe mode but it shows a black screen with cursor too, tried system restore and all that nothing seems to work... Please someone help me!!!1 person needs an answerI do too

Try going to Start | Run and type msconfig if you can (the bug may have disabled that) and then disable all startup items and non-Microsoft services and reboot. Then go to Control Panel | Folder Options | View and uncheck the hide extensions of known file types and enable showing hidden files and folders and also enable showing system and protected files. Then in Explorer go to the windows\system32 directory and delete the nvvsvc.exe file (if you can't delete it, then try moving it to the Desktop or renaming it) and then reboot again and then make sure the file is deleted.
